Hamed Ghelichkhani
Mr. Hamed Ghelichkhani, born in Tehran, the founder & CEO of Homeland Realty in Dubai, is a distinguished and influential figure in Dubai's real estate market. At the age of 43, with over 22 years of residency and 17 years of outstanding experience in the Dubai real estate sector, Hamed is recognized as a pioneering leader in the industry. He moved to Dubai in mid-2003 and, before establishing Homeland Realty in October 2021, held key positions as Sales Director at Dehkadeh, Caspian, and Fidu Properties companies. During his tenure, he trained consultants and implemented effective sales and management systems, driving significant success and earning numerous achievements for these companies.
Hamed holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Management. He is fluent in English and Persian and has working proficiency in Arabic. His expertise spans across all property types and areas in Dubai, with particular specialization in freehold regions, Emaar projects and communities, and construction and development consultancy. Some of his notable achievements include:
- Winning the 2022 PropertyFinder Top Rising Star Award for Homeland Realty.
- Being named one of the 50 Real Estate Pioneers in the UAE by FinanceWorld magazine in 2024.
